Since I am catching you all up! This Summers hit was Tomato Salad! (and I'm tired of stews and winter foods! )
Brown tomatoes, Vidal onion, and dissolve a little bit of sugar in olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, and fresh cracked pepper. I recommend making it the night before or the morning before you want to eat it. It is not a WW Zero Point food anymore because of the oil and sugar but its also not a high point side and packs a bunch of flavor a great side to bring to any BBQ or serve with chicken or beef.
