I have finally figured myself out! When i have bad snacks in the house i wont eat them! but if i have nothing in the house its all i can think about! so from now on i will always have bad snacks and fruit in the house. lets see how this goes. Anyone else out there have the same issue?
I asked my "friends" one said its the devil speaking! LoL
